Lee 's primary responsibilities involve management of REO assets and marketing.

Lee King has always been a top producing agent since he started in real estate full time in the late 90's and has numerous awards from Century 21, Re/Max and Realty World. 

 
King Real Estate Group was opened in 2001.  Lee and JoEllen King  now have a very

 successful real estate firm handling REO properties.  We pride ourselves in the

personal service that we offer all of our clients. 

Prior to real estate, Lee worked for a local chain of newspapers located in Contra CostaCounty.  Was top salesperson, then promoted to retail advertising manager in charge of 26 outside salespeople plus 5 other newspapers in area.
In 1982 as direct mail was becoming the new market vehicle for advertising, Lee opened King Advertising & Graphics. The firm offered Direct Mail Advertising services in Contra Costa, Alameda , Napa , Solano and Sonoma Counties .  In the late 90's, Lee decided after dealing in purchasing and selling real estate part time, to close the Direct Mail business and work full time as a realtor.

JoEllen King, Broker/Realtor

As Broker for King Real Estate Group, JoEllen's currently manages the REO workflow processing and agent coaching / training. 

JoEllen has had her own businesses since 1970 providing services in finance, investments and taxes.  In 1989 she expanded into the mortgage industry and finally in 2001 opened our own real estate firm.
